What delivery options do you offer?
When ordering from anywhere within Australia you may choose to pick up your goods from your closest Action Aids Australia store or have your goods priority shipped to you by our reliable freight partners . We will ship your goods as soon as they are paid for in full and can be properly packaged. Shipping costs will vary based on your final shipping destination.

How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total amount of your order and the destination of your goods.

Return Policy

Items are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in new/saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. A refund less a 15% restocking fee or exchange will be made as requested by the purchaser.

Items that are non-returnable?
Beds, pillows and opened bedding and toileting products are not accepted for returns or exchange. Used bedding, eating and toileting products are not returnable.

How can I return an item?
Please ship your returned item by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by Australia Post and other carriers. We will need to contact you for your credit card information if a credit or additional charge is required.
